Cold...

I seem to have caught a cold... sneezing, a bad stomach, runny nose... not that bad yet.

Today at around 4 pm or so there was a call from T from Canada on my mobile. He's back home now and we hadn't contacted each other for a while so the call came to me as a nice surprise though I missed it! Just didn't notice...

Often it's hard to stay in touch with people but for some reason some remain in touch while others just disappear. You need to maintain the relationship. I'm lucky I've got friends in a number of countries and what's more we can exchange visits any time of course if it's possible money wise.

By the way I've contributed three articles written in English to a web site run by my old colleague. He wrote to me saying he'd received some good comments about the articles from his readers. Hoping to read some of them when he gets them organised. I did the articles out of my 'good will' but writing regularly in various styles is good for me to do.

Now I've got to get well, which I think will be soon, and get down to the work; the work that'll lead to a series of successes.
