Democrats here and there...

It's been a little humid... I'm feeling not a bit tired. Looks like it's going to rain again. Rainy Sat nights are nice, nicer when it's cool though.

Feeling I've achieved something. Yes I did. A guy from the US who contacted me all of a sudden seems he's satisfied with what I did for him. I'm not going to be involved in his high-level work in the capital but I think I deserve some credit...

As was said the other day, another trainee's gone and yet another one has kind of settled down though he's got something to do still. This makes it possible for me to focus on the research, at last. I've been going through a few books that help me to get a good picture of the subject.

Getting close to something is important but keeping away from it is as important. This applies to academic research as you need both subjectivity and objectivity.

Looking at the newspaper headlines, by the way, 'Democrats' are in the limelight here and there. 'They' are sweating over internal break-ups in country A, while 'they' are awaiting a new leader who believes in change in country B.

A little long but I'm hoping to watch through the clip below over the weekend.
