Busy but enjoyable...

Phew... I'm doing pretty busy these days. I enjoy it a lot thought. I see this town very differently from when I saw it before when I was actually living here. Maybe I've learnt a lot of things since I left. I do see it completely differently.

It's nice and exciting to meet new people almost every day. Also it's good to re-connect with my old friends etc.

Everywhere I go, community cohesion is an issue people talk about. They're also politically aware and active. Try talking to someone in the queue you're in while waiting to be served. S/he'll tell you at least a bit about their viewpoint about things.

I've long been interested in and attracted to this place but for reasons I wasn't very clear about. Now I know that I've been like that because of the diversity this place has to offer.

I've got to go now to collect some more data today. I really need to get down to the pending paper works... just a little too busy to do that stuff though... orz...
